Pre-wrapped bouquet garnis? Yum and yum. Okay, I've never wrapped my own, but I've certainly thought about it. Mostly I just at the crushed dried herbs and the bay leaf or two and fish out the bay leaf later, but I'd love to try it the gourmet way! added on 2008-12-18

The finest organic looseleaf teas around. And, of course, my favorite neighborhood teashop. Nature Nate is great to talk to and the teas he sells are the best. My favorites: vanilla black, black currant, and Assam. But I also enjoy English breakfast, Earl Grey, and Darjeeling. Yum!

This is a fantastic cookbook. I love Heidi Swanson's blog, 101 Cookbooks, and this book of her fantastic, healthy, natural recipes (with basics and variations for each recipe) lives up to her warm and welcoming writing style and makes-you-want-to-pluck-it-off-the-page pictures. added on 2008-12-14
